Under the general direction of the RVP, the Roofing Field Project Manager performs a wide variety of operations duties. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and genuine care to his/her work craft. Most importantly the ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics.Responsibilities:Communicate with employees and subcontractors to provide jobspecificationsCoordinate with office admin and subcontractors to schedule customer jobsEnsure subcontractors are performing work to meet our company's standardsManage jobs within provided budget and track overall job probabilityMaintain Installation Calendar, coordinate crews and deliveries to ensure atimelyinstallVisitjobsin progressand ensure customer satisfactionRespondto roofingproject emergencies (leaks,damages,and urgentcustomer concerns)Monitor roof installation to manufacturer specifications,contract terms,andour company's Safety StandardsQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Valid drivers license and ability to obtain driver clearance at Semper requiredMinimum of 3 years experience working in construction managementMinimum of 3 years experience working the roofing industryAbilityto set expectationsand service customers throughprojectcompletionStrongverbal communication skills with both internal and external customersKnowledgeof roofingcodes,regulations,and manufacturer specificationsAbilityto diagnoseinstallation errors and recommend corrective actionMust demonstrate a highsense of urgencyStrong time management capabilities and ability to navigate logistics of regionPhysical Requirement:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.Abilityto maintain regular,punctual attendance consistent withtheADA,FMLAand other federal,state,and local standardsMustbeable toremain in a stationarypositionfor longperiodsof timeMust be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephoneWhat We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
