We hope this finds you well and wanted to share with you the exciting retained search we are leading to recruit the Chief Financial Officer for an extremely active Boston-based commercial real estate asset management and development company with multi-million dollars of Assets Under Management and Developments across the City of Boston. They are currently the largest land developer in South Boston, with exciting projects contributing towards impressive organizational growth and lasting value to the surrounding neighborhoods.Position Summary:The CFO will have a seat at the table and be an integral member of the Core Executive Team with responsibility for all aspects of Finance/Accounting, Investor Relations, and Treasury. Key priorities include: A) Continuing to enhance the Finance/Accounting function in anticipation of continuing to substantially scale the Company; B) Developing a more robust Investor Relations function; C) Partnering with the President and CEO and taking the lead on all capital markets activities including fundraising, debt issuance, prospective acquisitions, expansions, and partnerships; and, D) Creating better metrics/KPIs and analytics/s on how to proactively manage the business; to clearly identify their needs and present a full range of business options and solutions.The successful candidate will bring:

• A demonstrated track record as a key strategic business partner in a fast-paced real estate organization preferably in the Boston marketplace.
  
• Demonstrated success partnering with a CEO and Leadership Team to ensure that all Investor Relations activities, Capital Markets initiatives, and the right infrastructure are all in place to support growth.
  
• A strong reputation with the investment community based on credibility, consistency, visibility, access, and depth and breadth of knowledge.
  
• Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and presentation abilities.
