UX/UI Sr Designer Job ID 159441 Posted 16-Apr-2024 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data & Analytics Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America About the Role: As a CBRE UX/UI Sr. Designer, you will create complex workflows, screens for digital products, and easy-to-use solutions that address true customer needs following user-centered design principles. This job is part of the User Experience job function. They are responsible for the design and development of engaging, effective user experiences for a digital product or product type in order to drive customer adoption. What You'll Do: -
Design and conduct user research studies, such as usability tests, user interviews, surveys, and focus groups. Evaluate data to identify patterns and insights that inform product design choices. -
Translate advanced concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and choose the appropriate medium and fidelity for effective communication. -
Build interactive prototypes to test ideas and communicate them internally and externally. -
Create high-fidelity design specifications and collaborate with engineers to deliver products to market. -
Develop concepts and designs that cross multiple products and integrate them into cohesive, seamless user experiences for our customers. -
Communicate research findings and design recommendations to key stakeholders and management through reports, presentations, and other forms of communication. -
Evaluate the user experience of products and services over time and execute design changes and updates as needed to improve the user experience. -
Provide design mentorship to others on the team. -
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. -
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. -
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. -
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. -
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Why CBRE?
