See our full statement on diversity .OVERVIEW OF ROLEWe are seeking a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our elementary school Special Education Team. This is a long-term substitute position starting in April, 2024. The SLP will work at our elementary school campus on 100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park. The SLP will collaborate deeply with other Special Education staff, teachers, and families, to ensure that students with speech and language disorders are identified and provided the highest quality speech and language therapy. The students range in needs, but the work has a focus on receptive, expressive and social language, word relationships, nuances, and improving oral communication. The SLP will report to the Director of Special Education.The compensation for Match SLP positions ranges from $67,200-$103,920 and is based on a candidate's prior years of teaching experience.
