- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mission-critical hardware market, including data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, healthcare facilities, and other relevant sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the mission-critical hardware space.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the mission-critical hardware market.ProfileQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles within the mission-critical hardware industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of mission-critical hardware solutions, including power distribution systems, cooling systems, UPS systems, and other related products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
