Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager at Great White, you are a critical business leader.

• You manage the day-to-day flow of both Front and Back of the House
  
• Build relationships with employees and customers
  
• Implement opportunities that drive efficient and effective processes.
  
• You show exceptional leadership skills and are a detail oriented problem solver
  
• You work closely with the management team on venue forecasting, interviewing, hiring & training new employees, establishing best practices, and maintaining a healthy work culture.
  
• You are responsible for service standards, elevating the guest experience
  
• hiring and training new staff,
  
• Stocktake and in-venue purchasing.
  
  In addition, you manage the day-to-day flow of the venue and service, the quality control of food and beverage, and ensure a consistent experience for guests in collaboration with the General Manager to ensure the business optimizes to its highest standards.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
    
  • You bring energy, rigor, and curiosity to the role and use skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and a high degree of organization.
    
  • You have experience in Toast, Resy, 7Shifts, or other hospitality-driven technologies.
    
  • You have experience in working in demanding and fast-paced environments and are guest-oriented and service-minded
    
  • You are a passionate and influential leader who positively communicates cross-functionally to employees and guests and leads a team to drive efficient and effective best practices through service.
    
  • You understand food & beverage best practices and local health & safety compliance regulations.
    
  • You have your Managers SafeServe certificate.
    
    Additional Information
    Salary Scale $75,000 - $85,000 per year
