The position will be full-time in our Canton office.

Responsibilities

• Create / Maintain the service schedule and communicate that to our field team and clients
• Oversee service delivery for inspections of installed equipment
• Ensure accuracy of service contracts and scope of work
• Manage prioritization and prompt response/resolution of non-scheduled service calls
• Provide outstanding service at all times to clients via telephone, email, etc.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for service and contract calls - coordinate with sales team as needed
• Resolve any client inquiries / discrepancies as it relates to invoicing
• Effectively communicate with client any post-service call deficiencies or issues that may require follow up
• Meet monthly deadlines with regards to closing of billing cycles
• Regular formal weekly communication with department managers and senior management
• Management and reporting of progress re: monthly revenue goals / department metrics, etc.
• Provide leadership to staff reporting to the Service Coordinator Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related work experience
  • 2-3 years experience in an Service Administrator / Coordinator role in a mechanical contracting environment
  • Proficient with MS Office including strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce and ServiceTrade software packages
