About This Opportunity:We are actively recruiting skilled clinicians for psychotherapist positions at our outpatient mental health clinic. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exemplary care, restoring hope, and inspiring our clients and their families to live healthier, fuller lives. This is also an excellent opportunity for those interested in opportunities for future growth.--- Full-time salaried and part-time fee for service psychotherapist positions are both available.--- Psychotherapist work can be performed fully in-office, fully remote, or hybrid.Key Responsibilities:--- Provide direct psychotherapy to clients through individual, family, couples, and/or group counseling.--- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, care providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate high quality communication, support, and coordination of care.--- The Psychotherapist will act as an essential member of the clinical team through regular collaboration with internal providers and participation in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.--- Maintain client records in accordance with quality standards; complete clinical documentation including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.--- Participate in the after-hours on call rotation, if applicable.--- Provide clinical supervision to staff or interns, as assigned.What You Bring:--- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.--- Massachusetts independent licensure in a counseling discipline (e.g. LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) is preferred. Otherwise, candidates must be license eligible and actively working towards achieving independent licensure within two years of hire.--- Knowledge and experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and client populations.--- Strong computer skills including an ability to host telehealth sessions, use electronic health records, and proficiency with electronic communication.--- Excellent organizational and communication skills.--- Able to work both independently and in a team setting.At Making Opportunity Count, we deeply value our culture and are dedicated to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
