Tuesday-Thursday onsite
Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and emails with clients to resolve any issues, in a professional manner Accurately enter proprietary information into the systemAbility to troubleshoot, independently Data entryCreate and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, including, but not limited to: recording details of inquiries, filing complaints, writing thorough comments, taking appropriate and necessary action(s) to resolve the issue, escalating to appropriate personnel Create tickets and forward to appropriate department(s)Ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner, while maintaining professional etiquette Other duties as assigned
