CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECH - Hopkinton Massachusetts

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Support Tech job in Hopkinton, MA. This is a temporary opportunity. As a Customer Support Tech you will be responsible for initiation, development and execution of assigned projects within a defined period of time, as well as making sure project milestones and targets are met. Ensures knowledge of all the products and works on transactions, such as activations, disabling, etc. under supervision. Has a strong background in customer service. Works with support sales to confirm eligibility for customer upgrades. Provides communication conduit for non-standard activities, following through as appropriate for the customer (internal/external). Utilizes the licensing tools, systems generators, processes and procedures for day to day roles and responsibilities. Follows and adheres to policies, procedures and standards relating to license management.



PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Perform basic licensing transactions: activations, rehost, partial rehosts, AF Jobs, disabling of products.

-Assists customers in locating licenses or regenerating licenses.

-Attends training courses, seminars, and workshops to refresh and constantly improve skill set.

-Maintains good internal and external customer relationships.

-Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.

-Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.

-Intra-organizational, Inter-organizational and external customer facing



SKILLS

-Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

-Ability to work in a team environment.

-Basic computer skills.

-Communication skills.

-Customer focused.

-Customer Service skill.



Education Required: High School

Experience Required: 0-1 Years



Manager is looking for candidates for the CST Team in licensing support for:

1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7am - 3pm - rotating weekends

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday 2 pm - 10 pm Shift: Monday through Friday 11am - 7pm - rotating weekends
