Job Description Job Title: Analyst, US Logistics Network Performance Management Location: Lexington, MA (Hybrid) About the role: As an Analyst, you will support delivering a Unique Customer Experience through a Self-driving, Agile, Compliant and Regional differentiated distribution network guided by our commitment to the Patients, People and Planet. You will also help achieve KPI related to Distribution & Logistics through Data, Analytics, Reports and Dashboards in collaboration with US-GD&L (US Global Distribution & Logistics) Team members, internal and external logistics partners. You will support the implementation of innovative best practices on performance management and global reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Process Automation, Network Performance Management, Site Performance Dialogues and Sustainability. You will report to the Network Performance Management Lead. How you will contribute: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting platform that is important to the performance management at both tactical and strategic level for the assigned region.
- As part of above accountability, work with other Analysts towards strengthening overall analytical capabilities of Global Distribution & Logistics.
- Represent US-GD&L in monthly global scorecard review meeting. Compile a complete and accurate scorecard promptly.
- As a member of the Global Network of analysts for Distribution & Logistics, take on rotating responsibility to coordinate activities.
- Reduce manual effort required in reporting & analytics using process automation.
- Support the performance management of the Carriers, 3PLs, Sites & Warehouses by supporting regular reviews and QBRs.
- Collaborate with US GDP Quality towards reporting of compliance related measurements from external partners and US-GD&L team members.
What you bring to Takeda: - Bachelor in business administration, engineering and/or supply chain management
- 3-4 years of prior relevant experience in Supply Chain, Distribution and Logistics management.
- Business Intelligence systems experience (Power BI, QLIK, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Advanced MS-Excel).
- Supply Chain systems knowledge (SAP LES/MM/SD/FI),
- Experience using process improvement tools (Flow charts, Problem Solving, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis etc.).
- Capability to find pragmatic solutions and align/influence partners.
- APICs certification is a plus.
- Very good understanding of GDP requirements.
