MDICS is partnering with University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center and we are looking for a Palliative Care Medical Director to make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness and in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.

The Overall medical direction of patient and family services
Providing direction and guidance to the hospice staff to assure the maintenance of quality care
Serving as a liaison between the program and patients' primary care physicians and others engaged in care
Qualified Candidates:

Must have at least 3 years experience caring for chronically and terminally ill patients
Have strong administrative and communication skills
Familiar with principles of quality management and ethical issues in Hospice and Palliative Care
