We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatcher to join our Service team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our service technicians.

Responsibilities:

Schedule assigned technicians with planned maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Consult with Field Service Managers on all troubleshoot calls.
Document accurate information in software system.
Schedule according to best geographical location and technician certification.
Support technicians for parts and tools for assigned work.
Ensure scheduling goals are met.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Participate with ON-CALL for weekly Dispatch coverage.
Maintains professional appearance.
Assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
Knowledge of transportation systems, dispatch software, and GPS tracking systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
Proficient in using computer systems and software
