team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:Follow all safety policies (LOTO, safe knife handling, safe lifting techniques, safe chemical handling)Wears all PPE as required by task being performedFollows all quality policies & procedures (safe material handling, lot traceability)Will be GMP compliant at all times on production floorSafely operate forklift while lifting product to platformCompare actual product specs vs documented spec sheet for alignmentMake sure all paperwork is filled out completely in a neat/orderly fashion and turned in to the supervisorMust be able to document lot #'s to batch sheets for ingredients weighed out by batcherMatch all ingredients to the batch sheet and verify that all lot numbers are recorded before mixing ingredientsFollow instructions on batch sheet to ensure ingredients are batched accordingly, and record all timesMust ensure consistent and accurate measurements and blending to ensure continuous product supply to filling equipment.Testing of chemical concentrations and be able to tear down and wash the processing and batching tanks and associated equipmentTest the quality of product to ensure it in within specifications, if not in spec notify your supervisor immediatelyOperation of blenders and PLC controlled agitation and transfer after the product has been released by QABatcher must have QA approve and sign off on paperworkResponsible for daily cleaning of equipment including CIP of all tanks and maintain good housekeeping throughout the area at all timesPerform other duties as assignedStay in your work area until your relief arrivesNotify your supervisor or lead if you need to leave your work areaTrain and develop personnelReview paper work and SAP scans for accuracy Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
