The University of Maine at Augusta is seeking applicants for a full-time Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor supports the overall UMA Enrollment Plan by assisting prospective students from the inquiry stage through the application process and actual enrollment/registration at any UMA location. This position will emphasize recruiting adult learners. This position is a 12-month grant-funded position. There is potential for this position to turn into an ongoing, university-funded position after the initial 12 months. Complete job description Salary: The hiring salary range for this position is in the low 40s and is commensurate with training, education, and experience and will take into consideration the salary of current UMS employees for transfer/promotion. - Ability to travel on behalf of the University.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with the University of Maine System structure, policies, and procedures.
