- 3 years of experience in Project Managment, Market Analysis, and Data Analysis RequiredPosition Overview:
- Oversee the day- to -day operations of the Health Plan Enhancement of products to ensure enhanced member experience and seamless processes.
- Support regular reporting and tracking of established metrics and KPI's.
- Build and support the operations of Health Plan Enhancement products.
- Review and analyze data inputs and track KPIs associated with the various products.
- Research and analysis of market dynamics and other product-related projects.
- Create and maintain issue log on appropriate tool, resolve defects based on knowledge and analysis of system functionality.
- Research and respond to complex inquiries from various departments and vendor partners.
