For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 0-3 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 3 years of experience!

  Position Summary:
  
  The manager of Cardiopulmonary Rehab is responsible for the oversight of the Coastal Healthcare Alliance (CHA) Cardiac Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs. This is a working manager position who provides supervision of staff, management of administrative and clinical operations, and clinical support as needed. Additionally, the manager works directly with the CHA Director of Cardiopulmonary on program development and departmental budgets. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs
  
  Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  
  Education: BSN preferred.
  
  License/Certifications: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine. ACLS certification required. Current AACVPR certification preferred.
  
  Experience:
  
  
  • Five years of clinical experience preferred with an in-depth knowledge of cardiopulmonary conditions, treatments, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Previous supervisory role in healthcare preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate and revise the Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab programs to support patient wellness goals. Knowledge of AACVPR standards.
  • Adheres to all applicable healthcare regulations.
