Advanced Surgery Center of Northern Louisiana, a leading multispecialty surgery center, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Radiology Tech to join our dynamic team. As a Radiology Tech at our state-of-the-art facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. - -Perform radiologic examinations, including X-rays and other diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
2. - -Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine imaging requirements for surgical cases.
3. - -Position patients and equipment appropriately for imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
4. - -Operate and maintain radiology equipment, troubleshooting issues and reporting any malfunctions promptly.
5. - -Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of imaging procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
6. - -Provide support to surgeons and medical staff during procedures requiring real-time imaging guidance.
7. - -Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
8. - -Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
9. - -Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
10. - Uphold the center's commitment to patient satisfaction and safety.

Required Skills:
Current ARRT certification.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Prior experience in a surgical or multispecialty setting is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using radiology equipment and related technology.
