Our vast network of healthcare providers allows us to provide optimal patient care and seamless transition across service lines.Job Duties:Supervise patient careCoordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of careComplete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submissionSupervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when neededAssure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigationQualifications:Current Louisiana RN license & CPR certification requiredRN with a master's degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing; or RN with a bachelor's degree in nursing with one year of experience in an active treatment unit in a psychiatric or mental health hospital or outpatient clinic; or RN with a diploma or associate degree with two years of experience in an active treatment unit in a psychiatric or mental health hospital or outpatient clinic.Compassionate Psychiatric RN with great time management skillsProfessional knowledge and experience indicating an adequate understanding of diagnoses and treatments of mental disorder and medication side effects/effectsPrevious Home Health or Hospice experience preferredBenefits:Competitive PayIncreased Earning PotentialMileage reimbursement (reflective of fluctuating fuel prices)Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.All inquiries will be kept confidential.
