Summary:The Emergency Department Clinical Educator is responsible for rendering and/or directing professional and nonprofessional personnel in the delivery of patient care by use of the nursing process. The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for seeing that the plan of care is followed through direct performance and/or leadership of other personnel in compliance with established policies and procedures. Assessing learning needs, plans, implements and evaluates continuing education and developmental program for associates within throughout the clinical setting not limited to specialty departments.Requirements:A. Education/Skills Graduate of State Board accredited School of Nursing or equivalent. BSN required or in progress, Masters preferred. Certification in area of specialty preferred.B. Experience Five years of acute Emergency nursing experience preferredC.
