Sign On Bonus $ 7,000Combine your love of nursing and your love for teaching and helping to grow clinical staff in this unique role!This role will require participation in the monthly on-call rotation.Must be RN (Registered Nurse) - Active with no restrictions on licenseMust have Infectious Control ExperienceWill also be Medical Records DirectorMust have LTC (Nursing Home) experience- You'll be teaching others all about the nursing home settingSome form of Teaching others in a Clinical Education Setting.We are looking for someone with the following:Energetic, positive, and ready to teach!Please apply onlineHow you Will make a Difference:Develop and implement job skills training, in-service education as required by regulations and employee health monitoring for the nursing department employees.Regularly check the competency of C.N.A. skill performance, positive regard for residents, and developmental needs of direct care staff.
