Position Responsibilities for - Civil Litigation Associate Attorney : *Support the general litigation practice. * Assist clients in various areas of law. * Conduct research, analyze data, and draft legal documents. -*Research issues and draft legal documents -*Utilize litigation technology support software -*Conduct depositions, discovery, and case preparation Position Skills for - Civil Litigation Associate Attorney : -*3-5 years of Civil Litigation experience -*Admission to Kentucky Bar *JD from an accredited law school -*Civil Litigation experience, particularly in the federal system (strongly preferred)*Strong business acumen and ability to understand/articulate the value that our firm provides. -*Proficient in litigation technology support software. -*Excellent writing and editing skills. -*Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. -*Knowledge of the business development process. -*Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -*Strong organizational and project management abilities.
