We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Site Manager at our Louisville, KY, Rail Infrastructure facility. The IT Site manager is a unique role on the front lines of 2 dynamic manufacturing facilities supporting our Rail Infrastructure business in Louisville and Marion, KY. You will interact with internal partners and technical resources to design, implement, and maintain systems and solutions for workplace, network, and applications. We invite you to become an integral part of the business' customer offerings of digital rail innovations in mainline, passenger transit, and freight. Fuel your curiosity to advise the company on emerging technologies relevant to the warehouse and manufacturing industry and identify and drive efforts to optimize the infrastructure and application footprint. What your day-to-day will look like: - Provide comprehensive technical support across network, server, mobile device, and digital workplace platforms.
- Identify and implement business process improvements and best practices.
- Manage software and hardware lifecycles efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison for the Cybersecurity Team during incidents and vulnerability remediation.
- Conduct training sessions on IT-related topics, including MS Office 365 and collaboration tools.
- Lead Business IT demand and service request management and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, network diagrams, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and disaster recovery plans.
- Support Warehouse Technology footprint, including RF Guns and mobile printers.
- Collaborate with internal and global teams to align IT strategies and initiatives.
