  • KY License -
    
  • 2+ Years' Experience
  • CVICU experience
  • Open heart Recovery within 24hrs experience
  • Hemodynamic (Swan) experience
    
  • BLS
    
  • ACLS
  • NIH
  • Recovery, ECMO, CRRT, IABPs, Impella, VAD, and heart and lung transplant experience preferred
    
    
    Other Details:
    • EMR: Cerner
    • Must be 50 miles or more from the facility
    • Float to -(Only CVICU patients) or other ICU units
