Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and financial targets
--- Provide leadership and guidance to hotel staff to ensure smooth daily operations

--- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and overall hotel performance

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in hotel management
--- Proven track record of success in hotel administration
--- Strong leadership and team management skills
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
--- Must have Marriott Experience!!
--- US work authorization
