JOB SUMMARY:



We are looking for experienced and entry level Accounting and Finance Professionals to fill several openings for a major shipping company in Overland Park, KS. Our client specializes in transportation and logistics for retail, industrial and commercial goods. As a finance professional you will be in contact with customers and employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



*Confer with customers by phone to provide information about products or services and enter orders.



*Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, or comments, as well as actions taken.



*Receives and processes customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering services provided



*Requires analysis, judgment and sensitivity to customer needs



*Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.







QUALIFICATIONS:



*Must have a High School Diploma or GED



*Customer service, AND collections, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable or payroll experience is prefered.



*Valid Drivers License and Reliable transportation are required.



*Computer experience, strong customer service and problem solving skills





SALARY:



*Salary is based on skills and experience
