Hillside Floor: 2 Building: 3 - General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -26 Number of Staff - 112 Type of staff: Day Shift - 1 CNC(TL), 14 nurses, 2-3 ST, 2 unit clerks Night Shift - 1 CNC(TL),, 12 nurses, 2 ST, 1 unit clerk Patient Ratios - 1:1 high risk labor&c-sections; 1:2 antepartum, PPROM, PTL on mag, PP on mag; -1:3 PP mag no baby, Out patients Type of equipment - Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, CPN(GE) monitor EMR - CPN gold, Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: - (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) - Must have : - candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Labor and delivery experience at least 2 years Circulate C-sections Preferred or nice to have : - candidates with these skills will be considered first. -Labor and delivery experience more than 2 years -High risk LDR experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): - - -C-sections, Inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, Doppler - Best personality Fit: Hard working -Flexible Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
