You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to create interior spaces that promote healing, wellness, and efficiency. Responsibilities: Lead the interior design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, budget, and schedule. Develop design concepts, presentations, and design documentation including floor plans, elevations, material selections, and FF&E specifications. Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and products relevant to healthcare design. Work closely with architects and engineers to integrate interior design solutions with overall project requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized throughout the construction process. Mentor and provide guidance to junior interior designers and interns. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to communicate design concepts and gather feedback. Maintain awareness of building codes, regulations, and healthcare industry standards affecting interior design. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design with a focus on healthcare projects. Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of healthcare design principles, evidence-based design, and patient-centered care. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. NCIDQ certification preferred. Portfolio demonstrating successful healthcare design projects. More...
