• And Much More!Dietary Cook/Aide ResponsibilitiesAs a Dietary Cook/Aide, you are responsible for preparing and serving meals according to the menu, monitoring methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning. Dietary Cooks/Aide safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health. The Dietary Cook/Aide ensures -preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents in the nursing center. You will maintain an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service and delivery, -as well as quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.Dietary/Aide Cook Requirements
  • Highschool diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • Two years as cook in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.
