<span>Contact Ginny Root at 319-423-6979<br>&nbsp;<br>Job Summary:<br>This role has a unique opportunity to be responsible for all aspects of the division&rsquo;s SharePoint implementation, including architecture, configuration, governance, operation, maintenance, and ongoing support. Works with clients to determine needs and requirements and develop specifications for new and existing solutions. &nbsp;Provides training on SharePoint usage and basic administration. Provides direction on governance and overall collaboration strategy.<br>&nbsp;<br>Responsibilities:<br>Oversee the SharePoint 2013 Farm for the division, including administration, configuration, and maintenance.<br>Maintain the SharePoint environment, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.<br>Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint based initiatives.<br>Serve as the lead technical resource for other site owners, developers, and end users, including creating site collections, sites, and any objects to support users&rsquo; needs and solutions.<br>Proactively identify areas to improve process efficiency.<br>Interfaces with customers to determine requirements, resolve problems, and perform testing.<br>Analyzes system and program requirements for complex projects. &nbsp;Identifies multiple solutions to complex problems.<br>Designs and develops specifications for complex or cross-functional systems and data structures.<br>Analyzes and recommends tools.<br>Plans and completes complex IT projects.<br>Champions standards, SOX, and best practices.<br>Demonstrates advanced understanding &nbsp;of software development and research tools.<br>Is a resource to others in solving problems and works independently. Prepares presentations and leads meetings.<br>Other duties as assigned based on divisional needs.<br>Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.<br>Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.<br>&nbsp;<br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or equivalent education/experience.<br>Minimum of 5 years work experience. 3-5 years&rsquo; experience working with the SharePoint platform (with recent experience using SharePoint 2013) in an administrative capacity.<br>Development experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, Workflow, and SharePoint Designer. <br>Experience creating and maintaining SQL server. <br>Strong understanding of MS SharePoint Architecture. <br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br></span> More...
