Your ResponsibilitiesThe Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the organizations technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security of systems that support our staff and clients needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and a compassionate understanding of the unique requirements of a behavioral health setting. In addition, you will:Manage and maintain all networking hardware, servers, and associated technology to ensure high availability and reliability.Oversee the installation, configuration, and support of IT systems, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), network segments, and other data communication systems.Patch and update network and server systems as needed to maintain a strong security posture.Ensure data privacy and compliance with health information regulations (e.g., HIPAA).Provide technical support and training for staff, addressing any IT-related queries or issues promptly.Develop and implement disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime and data loss.Collaborate with program leadership to assess and address the technological needs of the organization.Stay abreast of new technologies and propose upgrades and improvements to keep the infrastructure modern and secure.Other duties as assignedWhat You NeedBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
