Cutting Tool Sales Use your knowledge of machining and tooling to provide technical advice and help our customers increase tool performance, extend tool life, and improve their processes. If you enjoy talking to people and helping them find solutions, this would be a great fit. Sales experience is helpful but not required. ResponsibilitiesCall on new and existing accounts in the Des Moines and Central Iowa areasAssist customers by providing technical expertise and product information, and offering solutions and recommendationsWrite and follow up on quotes and close salesOther miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position Requirements3+ years of machine shop experienceRelated technical degree desirable - CNC Machining, Industrial Machinist, etc. Ability to ask great questions, uncover needs, and offer tooling solutions and alternativesExcellent time management and follow-up skillsAbility to work independentlyProficient PC/computer skills Salaried position transitioning to commissionValid driver's license.
