- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Provide technical leadership to design engineers and program teams
- Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and resource requirements matrices
- Develop and manage various program status reports and briefings to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical support to contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycleWho you are:

- Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Skills and Education
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Must have 2+ years of engineering project management experience
- Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering background
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
- Experience executing projects through the full development lifecycle
- US Citizen
- Must be capable of obtaining a U.S. DoD Secret security clearancePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Skills and Education
