We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our dynamic team.As a Clinic Supervisor for our OB/GYN clinic, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment for our staff. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for women's health.QualificationsValid RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa.Prior clinical experience in OB/GYN or related specialty preferred.Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred.Strong knowledge of OB/GYN procedures, protocols, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team and adapt to changing healthcare environments.
