Med Surg/tele, PCU and ICU - RN's -Currently looking for qualified Registered Nurse (RN) candidates to fill multiple roles. All positions are full-time, 13-week, Night Shift contracts on Med-Surg/tele, PCU, and ICU units at a great hospital in Muncie, IN. Interested candidates must have 1-2+ -years of recent experience is required. -Current pay is $46-57 per hour, but depends on contract availability and location. -Benefits for the Med Surg, PCU and ICU - RN - Flexible schedule

- Provide direct patient care to individuals with varying medical and surgical conditions in a hospital setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's health status, -Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nursing care plans based on patient's needs, medical diagnoses, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate patient care and facilitate timely discharge planning.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote health and wellness.
- Perform -nursing skills and procedures within scope of practice, and -following facility policy and guidelines.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
- Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions, including emergencies, and initiate appropriate interventions to stabilize or improve their health status.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, infection control measures, and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.Requirements of the Registered Nurse - RN -
