:The Crises Response Team is responsible for providing support to the Intensive Autism Technicians in ensuring client treatment plans and programs are followed as designed by the Intensive Autism Supervisor. The Crises Response Team role is a position focused on developing critical skills and competencies necessary for successful implementation of intensive autism programming.We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our highly skilled team for full-time opportunities at our main residential setting on the Southwest side of Indianapolis where we provide services. The Crises Response Team is responsible for ensuring the Intensive Autism Technicians understanding of new and previously trained interventions or procedures and providing immediate critical feedback to struggling Intensive Autism Technicians. MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, OutlookRBT Required.Coursework and/or enrollment in supervision towards BCBA certification preferred.Minimum age of 21 depending on program and / or department requirements.Must meet and maintain background screening requirements for all Damar Programs as detailed in policy 1.HR.02 Pre-Employment and Employee Background Checks.Valid Indiana drivers license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damars insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving).Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical required.Essential Job Functions:Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.by Jobble More...
