With our staff of 120 plus, we provide comprehensive contracted network management services to over 20 large-scale networks. - Serves as a liaison between service desk and key stakeholders.
- Proactively identifies potential threats and challenges to network solutions.
- Provides troubleshooting, monitoring, review/analysis, tracking, resolution, and documentation for all network support areas.
- Assists team members in establishing network and informational system needs.
- Provides customer support for issues, requests, and questions related to all network support areas.
- Provides technical and procedural support to staff on assigned shift.QualificationsEDUCATIONRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED). WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- 2 years in related technical area. SKILLSRequired
- Proficient communication skills.
