GENERAL PURPOSEPerform a variety of routine activities to support the operations team.--JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-- Input production data into spreadsheets, databases, and/or systems-- Maintain production reports, files, and other documents-- Assist in the preparation of reports on volume of production, quality control, product yields, and other aspects of production-- Organize daily paperwork such as palletizer reports, downtime sheets, operator logs, and put-up sheets-- Compile necessary data from paperwork and produce daily production reports-- Inspect data for discrepancies and notify supervisor-- Write and send out production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors-- Provide support to or back up roles in quality support, inventory, accounting, etc.-- Help to maintain accurate reconciliation of finished product inventories-- Prepare and compile necessary information for requested audits-- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues-- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements-- The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
