Description
POSITION PURPOSE
The Senior Graphic Designer helps develop, design, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality, creative design solutions for both print and digital projects. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and bring them to life through a variety of mediums.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create innovative and visually appealing designs for both print and digital projects, including but not limited to web graphics, social media assets, technical documents, brochures, logos, packaging, and signage. Manage design projects working closely with Marketing Director and Marketing team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the company's brand and messaging. Serve as a brand ambassador and lead efforts to uphold and implement brand guidelines and initiatives across all design projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content for various mediums to ensure consistency and quality. Stay up to date on design trends and best practices to ensure all work is cutting-edge and relevant. Edit videos and create motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling. Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and quality standards. Capture and edit photos and oversee asset management for design projects. Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. At least 5 years of professional design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Animate). Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take direction and work independently. Knowledge of print production processes is a plus. Experience in web design and digital marketing is preferred. Experience in photography, including capturing and editing photos to enhance design projects and brand visuals, is a bonus.
