This includes manufacturing of Circuit Card Assemblies and Unit Integration. - When troubleshooting circuit card assemblies, looking at failed circuits, isolating the fault down to a component level, then dispositioning the repair procedures.
- Using analog and/or digital electronics and embedded systems including the use of standard electrical lab and test equipment as well as advanced troubleshoot tools to complete tasks.
- Support the manufacturing floor as needed to ensure that product continues to move through the process and play a vital part of instilling our company's value of maintaining a lean culture. This includes constantly looking for continuous improvement opportunities.Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. - Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Electrical Engineering (EE), or equivalent technical degree program/experience.
- Intermediate-level technical skills and knowledge of technical requirements
- Electronics component level troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog and/or digital)
- General understanding of electronics manufacturing process
- Ability to interpret technical specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
