Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Additional Preferences Full-time, Day shift
Sign-on bonus: $Highly acute 24-beds Surgical/Medical Cardiac ICU/Cardiac Recovery
- Nursing to patient Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2
- Supported by Patient Care Technicians, resource, and multidisciplinary teams
-1 - 2 years of Critical Care (ICU) experience preferred

Location and shifts:
We are hiring for Full-time Day shift - 7:00AM - 7:30PM. Full-time (36 hours) a week; scheduled every third weekend, and holidays - minimum of two per year.
