The CITL's location on the second floor of Wells Library's east tower also encourages close collaboration with librarians specializing in information literacy. This blend of specialties enables the CITL to offer a collaborative and dynamic way of addressing complex teaching issues.About: Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning: Indiana University BloomingtonJob SummaryThe Crimson Course Transformation Initiative is a project designed to leverage various data sources and evidence-based teaching practices to improve student success rates in large-enrollment courses. CCTI and this position are assigned to the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning.The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics of the CCTI project, ensuring excellent organization and communication.Department Specific Responsibilities - Schedules meetings, take and distribute notes
- Arranges for meeting spaces, hospitality, and other event details
- Schedules and coordinate research activities such as class observations and focus groups
- Manages assignments of graduate and undergraduate assistants
- Synthesizes and reports on results of observations and focus groups
- Manages project files and materials using Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint
- Tracks task assignments and progress project management software, and assemble weekly status reportsQualificationsEDUCATIONRequired
