*Horizon Health* is seeking a *Nurse Manager* to work on the inpatient psychiatric units at Johnson Memorial Hospital in *Franklin, IN*.

*Responsibilities:*
--- Plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of overall nursing care to patients for the psychiatric service in Franklin.
--- Provide managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit.
--- Contribute to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.

--- Requires BSN (MSN preferred) with 3 or more years previous inpatient acute care psychiatric management experience in a hospital; or acute care inpatient psychiatric experience plus other management experience.
