Dustman Rd.,--Bluffton, IN 46714We at Shearer s have plans to immediately expand production and continue to grow the team in the Bluffton facility as well as continue to service our key customers.-- We have the following shifts available for immediate hire:--Days - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday - Hourly Rate $17.99 (no shift premium)Afternoons--- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday - Hourly Rate $17.99 plus a .40 shift premiumNights - 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday - Hourly Rate $17.99 plus a .80 shift premiumYour seat at the Best Snacks TablePacker Team Members are directly involved in making sure every product that leaves Shearer s Snacks is of the highest quality and ready to make people happy at their next picnic, birthday party or snack time.
