Dustman Rd.,--Bluffton, IN 46714We at Shearer s have plans to immediately expand production and continue to grow the team in the Bluffton facility as well as continue to service our key customers.-- We have the following shifts available for immediate hire:--ProcessorNights 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $19.22 per hour plus a .80 shift premium--Your seat at the best snacks table:Set up and operation of industrial food processing equipment,Follow precise recipes and work procedures, monitoring and adjusting processing variablesPerforming product quality tests and data collectionMonitor fryer temperatures and oil temperatures to ensure proper oil temperatures are met in order to maintain consistency in product.Cleans and changes slicing heads every hour to guarantee standard slicing consistency.----What you bring to the party:Language Skills
Must be able to read, understand and effectively communicate to team members in immediate areaMathematical Skills
Must be able to do simple math, conversions and use formulas to compute run ratesReasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out written or oral instructions.Troubleshooting Skills
