Description - ExternalResponsible for providing leadership and managing ongoing nursing operations and serving as resource to all hospital managers for assigned shift. - Functions as an on site liaison and resource person for nursing, medical, administrative, and management staff. - Communicates and collaborates with all hospital departments, SMH, and outside agencies in problem resolution to promote effective and efficient operation of hospital. - Facilitates development/learning opportunities for shift staff. - - - -Qualifications - ExternalMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education: - - Graduate of State approved school of nursing. - BSN or working towards BSN with identified time line for completion.Required Experience: -18 months nursing practice experience.Licensure: -Active RN licensure in Commonwealth of Indiana.
