Description:Job Responsibilities:Analyze and correct daily EDI freight bill errors Process paper freight, switch and transload invoices Ensure rail lease and accessorial invoices are processed or disputed within pay terms using Maximo Complete monthly carrier agings Assist with receivable processing Manage internal and external customer relationships Cross train on all rail payables desksDuties are subject to change and list does not include all responsibilities.H.S. diploma required plus minimum of 2 years equivalent general office/accounting experience preferredExcellent data entry, keyboard, multi-line telephone and ten key skillsBasic understanding of mathematical/accounting procedures is requiredAttention to detail and the ability to locate discrepancies are essential for this positionAbility to work independently as well as on a teamExcellent organizational and time-management skillsKnowledge of Maximo, OPGO, CICS, and IMS systems preferredProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is requiredRelocation assistance is not available with this position.This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.ADM requires the successful completion of applicable pre-employment drug screen, medical questionnaire and a background check.
