Youll never pay a fee for our services!_*Details:** Crane Technician* Peoria, IL* 1st shift* $20+*Responsibilities or job duties:** Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations.* Perform OSHA equivalent inspections; documenting and completing warranty work; troubleshooting breakdowns.* Perform preventive maintenance; and respond to emergency service/breakdown calls.* Support customers by effectively interfacing with customers and office in repairing equipment as needed.* Perform electrical and /or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings.* Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending system improvements.* Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklist.* Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.* Develop a working knowledge of Federal, State, and local codes for overhead cranes and hoists.* Responsible for company equipment including, company vehicle(s), tools, etc.*Qualifications:** Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits.* Previous overhead crane and scissor lift experience required.* Ability to work at height, in extreme temperature and noisy locations.
