Contract Processing Administrator General Description: To perform Sales and Finance contract processing, general accounting and administrative duties, and support to Managers, as necessary. This role is a critical component of the administrative/accounting/finance and sales teams. As such, your job responsibilities and hours may occasionally be altered to help others complete their duties. The company s current information management system is a large part of the job so computer training will be necessary in order to efficiently perform your duties. From time-to-time, this position may require travel to other offices inside the Chicagoland area. Key Responsibilities:Contract Management: - Auditing of cash & financed contracts within the company system for completion and accuracy
- Daily processing of addendums
- Daily processing of Right -to-Cancel forms & Cancellations.
- Assist with finance tasks, as needed
- Process and maintain unapproved contract; drive them toward an approved status.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and errors.
- Collect and process payments outside of the point of saleAdministrative:
- Assist in resolving jobs on Hold to move them to completion status.
- Assist in resolving jobs in Not Approved status to move them to completion status.
- Assist in Daily admin functions during PTO or leave.
- Assist in follow-up scenarios.
- Assist in securing stipulations and necessary documentation for financed contracts
- Proficiency to communicate using all tools available in our system including email, text, phone CRM & in personPosition Requirements:
