About 6 percent of U.S. GDP-translating to some $1.4 trillion every year-flows through the space Link customers occupy in our facilities.The VP of Brand Creative and Design is the creative force behind Link's brand-responsible for developing compelling branded content and visual experiences for customers, the internal employee population, investors, and other industry partners. You will bring vision and mentorship to a team of creatives and be a part of building a brand that redefines the industrial real estate industry. You are responsible for the ideation and execution of all creative, including design concepts, marketing campaigns, and photo and video production, and assist with social content and design. You have a keen sense of style and a discerning eye and are passionate about brand awareness, creativity, and doing things differently.The success of your work will be measured primarily through company performance and brand awareness, with the long-term goal of increasing loyalty and brand visibility.Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the VP of Brand Creative and Design will lead a highly talented and motivated brand and creative department while building strong relationships across the business and with external customers and partners.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • -Be the primary owner of how the Link brand is expressed through powerful creative ideas and develop a culture of creative excellence
  • Manage and develop a team who can generate and execute creative work to be leveraged across our markets, people, customers, investors, and industry -
  • Own our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency of design, experience, -naming conventions, service offerings, and the customer journey across all surfaces and channels
  • Be responsible and lead a team of art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, project managers, and animators to respond to marketing briefs and produce remarkable campaigns that drive awareness, retention, loyalty, and growth
  • Be a strong partner to our communications team, supporting brand strategy and key messaging with creative design excellence and support
  • Establish the organizational structure for the creative team, operating model, and optimal balance of internal and external resources required to support firm growth
  • Manage the evolution of the brand creative in a manner that continues to establish Link as a pioneer within the industry; purposefully evolve Link's brand to increase brand equity; compel the organization to understand and support modern brand-building activities
  • Craft Link's creative strategy to map to the evolving brand vision and value proposition to support business growth and expansion
  • Frame the end-to-end user customer experience creating an emotional connection to Link
  • Be accountable for all creative outputs, including web, promotional materials, selection of creative agencies, creative briefs, graphics, photography, video, etc., and continue producing work that earns awards for using design and creativity to build tangible business value
  • Establish and monitor brand metrics and the performance of programmatic strategies to gain insights and optimize performance
  • Understand and champion the implementation of Agile/Scrum methodology across Brand and Creative product development to maximize the velocity of teamwork against priorities; lead the prioritization of work across the team to ensure resources are used wisely
